- Define a Quick-Hit scope.
- Implement by a rapid-prototying approach.
- Share & teach during implementation.
- After the Go-Live, our ITIL® Service Desk will support you and your learning.
- When ready, expand NSPB by a new Quick-Hit (Workforce Planning, Demand Planning, etc.).
